Welcome to FreeBTC.io. These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the FreeBTC.io website, services, applications, and related tools (collectively, the “Service“). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, clicking “I agree,” or using any part of the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy). We may update these Terms from time to time; updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

  • We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activity, money laundering, financing terrorism, or evading law enforcement.

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, faucets, rewards, or referral systems.

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or other tools to manipulate or interfere with the Service.

  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or any restricted portion of the Service.

  • Post or transmit harmful, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, or infringing content.

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Service software or systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or refuse Service for violation of these rules.

5. Rewards, Payouts & Taxes

  • The Service may offer free Bitcoin, points, tokens, or other rewards for tasks, faucet claims, games, or referrals (collectively, “Rewards”).

  • Rewards are subject to availability, verification, and anti-fraud review. We may delay or cancel a payout if we suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.

  • Payout thresholds, supported wallets, processing times, and payment methods are described on the Site and may change. We have no obligation to honor obsolete payout information shown at earlier times.

  • You are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting obligations related to Rewards in your jurisdiction. We recommend you consult a tax professional.

6. Fees & Chargebacks

  • Unless otherwise stated, the Service does not charge users for standard use. If fees apply (e.g., optional premium features), they will be disclosed before purchase.

  • Chargebacks, disputes with payment providers, or reversal of transfers may result in account suspension and reversal of associated Rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, designs, text, images, trademarks, and logos on the Service are owned or licensed by FreeBTC.io and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

  • By submitting content to public or community areas, you grant FreeBTC.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to third-party sites, wallets, or services. Links do not constitute endorsement and we are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions. Use third-party services at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your information as described there.

10. Disclaimers — No Guarantee

  • The Service and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that Rewards, features, or the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or timely.

  • We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency values and networks are volatile; any earnings or transfers involve risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeBTC.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;

  • Any claims arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount of Rewards actually paid to you through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FreeBTC.io and its representatives harmless from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Account Suspension, Termination & Remedies

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal reasons, or other causes. Upon termination:

  • You lose access to your account and content.

  • We may cancel pending Rewards or reverse transactions if abuse is found.

  • Termination is without prejudice to other rights or remedies we may have.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeBTC.io is incorporated (unless otherwise required by local law). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to arbitration.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire Service at any time. We will try to give notice when changes materially affect users. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
